"I recently paid $89 for bankruptcy filing software available at guaranteedbankruptcyservices.com. It didn't take long to discover how bad the software was and I immediatly contacted GBS to secure a refund of some kind. Their website reassures potential customers of a "full money-back guarantee" but this is deceptive. To qualify for a refund you must use the bad software, file your petition and then have it rejected by the court. GBS replies to my emails were defensive and customer hostile. In face their reply to my second email essentially said they had said all they were going to say on the matter. Friendly they are not. I would strongly advise any potential customers to stay far far away from Guaranteed Bankrupcy Services. The software is bad, the
