"I bought a TOYI2 to hook up my iPod touch to my factory Toyota Stereo. It is a great little device, but had an issue with charging. I contacted them (via email) and their customer service was great. They offers tips on what to check for and I ended up sending it back for repair and they replaced it. They communicated very well throughout the process and the new one works great.
