"I had broken leg and a guy said that ASDA have changed them policy, and he is no longer responsive to bring shopping up the stairs (ONLY GROUND FLOOR) , I have only 10 steps to my flat, I was able to see him from my doors and the driver standing down the stairs told me that he refused to bring it for me. And I end up without food at home with broken leg (Im hungry I cant walk anywhere). They've just taken food shopping back !!!! I called them back and they said tomorrow they can send it again, but who will wait 24hours for food!!!!"
