"Worst customer service ever. It's been almost a year that they promised a voucher as there were HUGE delays in my trips (bus changes, bus shut down, etc.). On January 2013, they sent me that they were going to give a voucher. Never received it. Please use alternatives when traveling by bus, as they are the worst company and provide customers with the worst customer service ever."
