Greico will work with their customers!

"I will do busy with Tony at Geico again!

I ordered some parts through Toyota parts online which directed me to my local dealership, Greico Toyota for pickup or delivery. I opted for delivery, paid online and received payment confirmation. I was instructed I would be emailed with a shipping date and confirmation. After a couple weeks I had not gotten a confirmation or delivery so I called Greico direct and spoke with someone named Tony. He was unable to help me at that moment due to a Toyota (not Greico) software issue. Tony took my info and said he would research it and get back to me. He did!

Tony called me back as promised and explained some of the parts were discontinued and there was no inventory through Toyota even though Toyota stated otherwise. He confirmed he had some of the parts in his inventory and ready to be shipped. Tony took the time to review with me and offer other parts that may work. In the end, I was able to purchase about 50% of the order through Greico. He stated he would ship the order that day and credit my account for the difference, but the credit may take up to 30 days. I received my order on my doorstep the next day and my account credited in less than 30 days!

Tony was excellent to deal with, pleasant, well spoken, followed up and kept me informed by phone and email. He displayed great customer service, which is often tough to find in today's online world!

Thank you Tony and Greico! I'll be back!

Bad customer service

"Placed an order online for running boards, been several days no status change and when I called, got transferred around from in store parts to ‘online parts’ only to get some random guys voicemail. Pretty terrible, still waiting on this order to be fullfilled…if nothing gives soon, I’ll file a complaint with Toyota and dispute the charge."
