great deal on a Sony 75" TV

"I have to start by saying I was concerned in using Greentoe. However their price for a Sony TV XBR75X900F 4K UHD (2018 model) was very competitive and I decided to give it a go. The process was simple and their customer service reps were proactive in ensuring I would knew every step in the process - from bidding to delivery. The TV arrived yesterday and no issues were found. I would certainly try Greentoe again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends."

"I purchased an high-end LG OLED C7 77 inch TV via Greentoe.com on September 16, 2018. I got an amazing deal through Greentoe's network of retailers. Kinda waste of time

"Heard from friend about this website. And went to tried out on a camera I want to purchase. While other website is offering free kits and lens, greentoe only offered 50$ discount. When I explained to the support team about other websites and coupon I would be using to lower my purchase price, they replied me saying its gray area products. And I did not want to waste time keep emailing each other, and I asked is the 50$ the best offer they can get me, and they did not reply me. I would say don't waste time with Greentoe, if there are sales on other website and you know it is the lowest price just purchase it, no need to waste time on greentoe.a"

"No issues to report. Got a good deal on a TV. Shipping went as expected. TV was in perfect condition, and they even went through an initial registration for me with the manufacturer. I was worried that the pre-registration was sketchy, but it all checked out. No issues.

Plus, I actually got some communication from what appeared to be a human. Rare these days.

OLED TV

"What a great service! Was able to submit an offer on a high demand item and received multiple counter offers within minutes. TV was in "processing" for a few days and Greentoe reached out to me indicating that the seller would get more stock shortly. After another day or so, received tracking info and the item arrived on time, on its own pallet, and in pristine condition. Great experience and would definitely recommend."

"Greentoe was awesome. I submitted an offer at 1200 a.m. and had a response within a 1/2 hour. Had a few back-and-forths with counter offers on a Saturday morning before breakfast. I finally accepted an offer which saved me a little over a grand. I had a new and in perfect condition 75” TV on my wall Friday night. Then binge watched movies and tv shows with the family until I had to go to work on Monday. I now recommend Greentoe to my friends and family because it is easy to use and saved me tons of money. I now have a huge TV and still have enough money send my kids to college."

"I had my first experience with Greentoe recently. Everyone on a home theater forums that I frequent all rave about Greentoe, and since I had seen countless people post of their positive experiences, I figured I could trust them, even with a several thousand dollar purchase. I ended up purchasing an LG OLED65C8PUA over $1000 cheaper than had I purchased it from a brick & mortar store. The purchase was quick and painless. I placed my bid on the Sunday of Labor Day, received a counter offer within literally a minute, accepted, and payment processed over Labor Day. The TV was sent out on Tuesday, and we received it on Friday! My only complaints were with Fed Ex not honoring their special evening delivery, but it all worked out in the end. The package was double boxed, and I had absolutely zero issues. I highly recommend Greentoe for future purchases, and have been recommending to friends and family ever since!"

Why can't all purchases be this way?

"Greentoe is a brillaint service. Rather than spending a bunch of time researching which seller has the best price, you instead make an offer on an item, and then either your offer is accepted, or you get a counter-offer. I used them to get my TV at a huge discount!

If I could make one change, it would be for Greentoe to offer every product I want to buy, so I can always save money. :-)

A little patience leads to big savings

"Excellent experience - if you are not getting responses or counter offers are too high then adjust your offer partially, it will be reseeded and you may get the better offer you're looking for (like I did). I easily saved 2000 on a TV. Won't have totally brand new stuff because obviously if things are flying off shelves no reason to discount, but if you wait you're golden. Shipping a breeze, but again a slight wait, got my TV 15 days after payment, but mostly because I couldn't be home to receive a big ticket item. Enjoy!"

Excellent Service! Great Prices

"I'll have to admit that I was skeptical about this service because the offers I received were so low for a large name brand TV compared to other direct online stores. I communicated more than once to Greentoe support confirming it was for a NEW, UNOPENED product for the US market (not from another country). I pulled the trigger and made the purchase. The company that made the offer immediately sent an email notifying me of the purchase and that it would ship soon. Another day later I got a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. TV showed up on my doorstep 3 days ahead of schedule in PERFECT condition.

I will be using this service again. In fact I already have a bid out for anther product. I highly recommend it. People like XingFan who post it is a SCAM are wrong. How is something a SCAM that you purchased and received. Just because they didn't pay attention to shipping costs and take that into consideration for overall price does not make it a SCAM. A SCAM is ordering something and not getting it, getting a completely different product, getting a damaged product or a product from another country.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!

scam!!

"i cannot give it "no star rating" because the website it's an unregulated scam!!

In fact, it was recommended by my friend who never used it but heard it's good from a friend of his.

I order a $400 lens on 8/6/2016 because apparently it's 49 dollars cheaper than Amazon. and all of a sudden i got no idea when the bill came out to be $420 something because they ADDED expedite shipping?? they had nowhere saying that shipping cost was an option (pic proof available)

I needed for the end of a month for a birthday travel and everything is ruined...what's more interesting is that on their website it says shipped!! long time ago and when i emailed customer service. they asked me to check order status on Adorama which says cancelled!!! what the f..k is going on???????

they said they will get back to me on Monday....and as a customer, i am already furious. I rarely posted any negative comments and this is so annoying and if i'd have known that saving $49 would go through all these hell....i swear i'll never do anything this stupid.
