"I bought Windows 7 last year via digital download and installed and activated it without issue. However, last month I had a hard drive crash and had to reload. When I did, the activation failed saying the Product Key had been blocked. I contacted Microsoft, who told me another user had reported fraudulent activity related to the key and had requested the block, and suggested I contact the vendor as this was a Volume License key. I emailed them explaining the issue. Honestly, after reading some of the other reviews, I was not optimistic. However, within 3 days, the replied back with a new product key, which activated without problems. Therefore, I can affirm that they are not a scam company. The safety or origin of their product keys might be questionable, but at least they support their customers."

"Do not buy from this store. I was sold counterfeit software. I found a great price from this store for a Windows OS and decided to purchase it despite a bad feeling. It installed and updated with no problems, but I was still suspicious so I started to investigate. I just received confirmation today that the Windows 7 Professional version that I bought is indeed counterfeit. I should have known the price was too good to be true. I am in the process of requesting a refund now."
