"I ordered oatmeal soap and instead received fragrance-free soap. The order history showed that the order was placed for oatmeal soap. I promptly sent an email to ****@**** and after 1 week received no reply. I tried calling them and left a message two days ago and also submitted the issue on a contact form on their website. Still absolutely no response or even acknowledgement that I reached out to them about this issue.
I also felt my soap was packaged with an excessive amount of plastic bubble wrap. I don't think a box of soap needs any bubble wrap and a company that brands themselves "Green" should be more considerate of the environment."
