"Do not do business with this company. I ordered 2 items from this company. There was a mix up with the shipping address at first and after several email communications over a period of 2 months, the address was corrected and they told me the items had shipped to the corrected address. It has been another 3 months and only one of the two items was delivered to me. I had reached out to them several times during the past 3 months requesting a refund and they refused, saying that the items were on the way. This last time I requested a refund of the item that was never delivered, they told me that because the address was incorrect at the beginning of the order process, that they would not give me a refund. This is unacceptable, especially since the address was corrected and I received one of the items! Very frustrating."
"Received a product that was not as pictured and was not of any quality. Cheap , customer service gives you the run around. Do not waste your money here. They also remove any negative comments and reviews from there site. "

"I purchased a shirt that ran really big. A large shirt was the size of an XL . I attempted to return the large for a medium, and when I asked for the RA #, the company asked me why was I returning the shirt. I advised of the reason and stated that I would just order a medium. I have contacted them three times afterwards through their website and via email, and all my inquires were ignored. Poor customer service and no one answers the phone. "
"The product that was sent to me was nothing like the photo. I received the product falling apart. I brought it as a gift so I ended up taking it somewhere to get fix and had Greek letters to it myself. This is the worst company I ever Brought from. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
"Terrible service! I ordered rush deliver and they were out of one item and so didn't send me anything and then not sorry at all! It was over three weeks ago and I had to call and then speak to someone who was indifferent to my issue. If you are wanting your items soon go somewhere else. "Delivery time is not as stated. Their large was bigger than an XL. They have ZERO customer service. You're only options are to leave voicemail and/or send a message. There is NO coorespondance and/or communications. Therefore you are stuck... How do you learn what's going on with your order and/or attempt to resolve an issue if you can not communicate with the company? If you have money and time to risk, things may turn out fine for you. If you don't want to take a risk, STAY AWAY!"
