"I live in Australia and my small granddaughters live in the Rep. of Ireland. I ordered a wigwam for them as a special Christmas gift and it was dispatched on 23 November. When it didn't arrive by 10 December I contacted GLTC and they said they couldn't track the parcel past the N. Ireland border. They didn't even know what courier company was used in Rep. of Ireland. Another wigwam was dispatched on 11 December and it hadn't arrived by Christmas. I had many phone calls and emails to GLTC and kept getting assurances that the parcel would arrive. It seems clear that they were out of stock but still kept taking orders and making promises. Thanks GLTC for helping to ruin Christmas Day for our granddaughters. I now have to source another wigwam from another supplier so they will receive a very late Christmas present from their grandparents. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
