"May 2, I decided I wanted a black CDRom to go with the Black CD-RW I had ordered, so I placed the order around noon. Later this afternoon, I also decided to order a black 1.44 Floppy drive also. I placed the order, and the shippping was about 4.81. Within 1/2 hour I got a personal phone call, telling me they would combine the orders and thus save me 4.81 if I would like. "After another vendor screwed up and didn't get my order out when they said they would, I went to GreatPCStuff on the advice of a family member. I placed the order and received a confirmation email. I replied to the email asking if the item was definitely in stock and if it would ship out that day (I was a bit paranoid after what had happened before). I received a response that evening stating that the item was in stock and that it had already shipped. I received my package the very next day. What's really ironic is that the item was $1 less than the other place I had shopped from. It's not a lot of money, but in the large scheme of things, with the added accent on excellent customer service, I can definitely see GreatPCStuff being an excellent value for those shopping for computer parts on line."
