They had knowledge of all different types of mattresses and didn't pressure me into making decisions quickly or buying more than one bed, even though I went in with the mindset that this would be my only stop for today--I'm undecided on what kind (back/side). The staff here was super patient while we narrowed down our choices together; they helped explain each mattress thoroughly so it wouldn’t take as long when trying them out later down the road if needed again!

"Have not received the matress I ordered on March 13th. The delivery company set up 1st delivery date for April 12th 2021,between 10 am and 2pm. I took a day off of work to be here for the delivery. They called me to cancel delivery at 9:45 am on the morning they where supposed to deliver, saying the matress was still in transit to the warehouse. I wasted a vacation day. While we where on the phone that day, we scheduled another delivery for today April 26th 2021, between 10:30 am and 2:30 PM. So I again scheduled a vacation day with work so I could be home for delivery. 2:30 came and I called the delivery company. They said that indeed my delivery was scheduled for today, but unfortunately they would not be able to deliver as there was a hold up with the vendor. Now I'm scheduled for the week of may 24th 2021! What's going on here? 80 days for a matress? And that's if it even shows up at the end may. If I get my order and its actually what I ordered and in brand new condition my review will change."

Great furniture deal delivered a defective loveseat to my home and now they are refusing to replace it or repair saying someone signed the delivery slip saying it the boxes wasn't damaged. What does a undamaged box have to do with a defective loveseat? Poor poor customer service and extremely fraudulently company. Purchase at your risk you have been warned."
"I really wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. They did a bait and switch on me. When I went on their website originally I had selected black chair to go with the white dining room table. I had a newborn on the way and there's no way I would select white chairs for a table set in my kitchen. I did a lot of research before ordering them to try to find the cheapest place and I guess when you find the cheapest place, you get screwed! They sent me an email saying it was backordered and asked if I wanted to cancel the order which I now wish I had. The white chairs have been available on every single website 4 months now so I'm not sure why they were back ordered on their site. I definitely selected the black chairs which is why I was willing to wait since they were back ordered on many websites. They keep telling me that black chairs were not an option but they were when I placed the order months ago and was charged for it. It was backordered until today and they were getting shipped out today and I received a shipment confirmation but they are on the west coast so there's no way that they were shipped yet and they won't stop the order and want to charge me all of the cancellation fees and shipping to and from that was initially free. Basically, I won't get a refund on the dining room table and chairs that I also won't have. So now I have no kitchen table. With a newborn, I don't have the money to just throw away like that and I would need that money to be able to purchase a dining room table and chair sets which now I will not be able to do. This is ridiculous! And I really really really wish I had read all the other reviews about this company before placing the order. I'm going to try to fight it with my credit card company and see what they can do but I'm not holding my breath."
