"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 6 smoke detectors and Great Brands reports to have shipped them via FedEx. Apparently, FedEx "delivered" to the back gate which is odd as there are not numbers to indicate which unit the back gates belong to. When I realized this and reported that I had not received my detectors, Jennifer Ligammari, opened a ticket with FedEx. On cue, FedEx replied that their gps tracker showed it was delivered to my address, yet, how can they know as only feet separate my gate vs my neighbors and again, why not deliver to the front door?
Jennifer then informs me there's nothing else she can do and her suggestion is to buy more and have it delivered to a different address. This is why people choose Amazon over working with BS companies like this."

And, GreatBrands.Com's Customer Service Rep. responded, on 6/2/17, stating that Greg McNeil chose the cheapest shipping method, taking 4 to 7 business days before expected delivery, on 4/2/17.
The problem with Great Brands .com's Customer Service Rep's response, was that Greg McNeil should have received his purifier 30 days prior (on 5/2/17) to the Customer Service Representative's response regarding the customer's NOT receiving the purifier he ordered; no further resolution suggested by great brands.com''s Rep.
