I've recieved fully defected wedding dress what doesn't have anything similar showed on theirs photos.
After i asked for a full refund, they all time pushed that size of dress is right and it made based on measures what i sent to them.
They just ignored that DRESS WAS IN A VERY POOR QUALITY, they just answered again and again that size is ok, but then the best was
"Pls do not compare the dress with the dress which costs times higher in the famous designer boutique, about similarity, the 100% like the photo is impossible even though the dress is shot but due to light background, it may still look different, You read our return policy carefully ,as said in the policy the refund only for the style/color error "
So finally they refund to me just the price of dress and veil what I returned. They didn't refund any shipping costs, so delivery both ways costed me almost 100,- GBP. And finally if you will check their return policy, you will see "Quality Issues:
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective against described including style error, color error, damaged or mis-shipped items, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees. "
And if you will wish to get a refund you will get an answer like I got, that they are doing refunds just in a case of wrong size or colour .

"I was really anxious to by my wedding shoes online from a seller I've not tried before since size and comfort is really important on a day like this. The sizing chart was quite helpful since cm measurement was avaliable but I found no information on heel height and color can vary depending on lighting etc which made the decision even harder. I also found the exact same shoe at another selled at 30% less the cost with the choice of different heel height but they offered limited shoe sizes, which was frustrating. So after two weeks of consideration I made the order with GrandGowns. It took longer than expected for the shoes to arrive as I didn't realize the shoes had production time but when they did arrive they were definitely worth the wait!
I havn't had time to evaluate long time wear comfortability yet but size is a perfect fit, so I expect few problems. Heel height is also exactly what I wished for and the color matches the web site picture very well. I think the shoes are very well made and I'm happy I took my chance with GrandGowns.
