"Absolute horrible seller. Placed order 2/26/2012..charged 3/1/2012...claims was shipped 3/4...Never received. Wrote to them asked where was the package...they said they would have to contact the appropriate department...3 days later they could not find the Department...bogus company. 3/15/2013 Told them to cancel the order. They responded the order is canceled and they would not charge my account, but it was already account...what a Joke...I am going to the credit card com pay to deal with it.

"I ordered an advertised product on their website. In bold and highlighted it said 'no eligibility required' and 'everyone is eligible for great savings on this product!'. (That is that I didn't need to provide student status information) The next day they canceled the order saying I was not eligible! The website information was false and misleading and it is still the same information being advertised today after they canned my order!
In my experience I would consider their customer service to be poor but expert in upsetting potential customers."
