"I purchased a Byrna Mission 4 package. Was shipped using FedEx.
I received the package and was asked to sign for it. The box it came in was ripped open in several places and was taped up with paper tape indicating it had been opened. When I told the FedEx driver that I wanted to open and inspect the contents which would have taken all of 1 minute to do, he said sorry cant wait, refuse delivery or sign for it. I tried to persuade him to give me the minute to check but insisted that I sign or refuse delivery . I signed for the delivery and checked the box as he ran to his truck and drove off.
Upon checking the box I discovered items missing. Contacted GrabAGun about what happened and was told to ship it back and hope for a replacement if still in stock or a refund would be sent. Being that it was sold at a lower quoted price I decided to keep the Byrna and suffer the loss of the Kinetic balls. Bad Experience considering all of my other transactions went well. STOP USING FEDEX!!!!!! I have nothing good to say about my delivery experiences with FEDEX!!!"

Because of the large price variance, I assumed the other retailers were selling 'Howa' branded mags, while GaG must have been selling lesser quality, 3rd party mags. I decided to take the chance.
