"My friend said that I did not need to apply for a visa to come to Vietnam because I have a UK passport. However, I would stay in Vietnam for over 15 days so I needed to have a visa. "I paid the exorbitant price of USD 128 to receive a 'super urgent' visa within one hour as i was 1 hr away from my flight. Not only did i not receive my visa within one hour, but additionally, i was provided wrong information about visa regulation, which they are supposed to be experts in.
When i asked for a refund for unfulfilled contract, all they (Simon) did is invoke multiple excuses of "we have already paid the government", "they took more time to process the request so it's not our fault", "we didn't have your birthdate" (when they had my passport!).
On top of that, they told me that if i tried to enter the country with a temporary visa, i would be flown back immediately to my country (which was not true) and that they would not be responsible, while not being able to deliver my urgent visa in time when i paid USD128 for it!
If i had listened to them i would have lost my flight fare and who would have paid for it? They obviously don't care about the impacts of their actions.
Such an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior is inacceptable and i strongly discourage anyone to use their services which are just a way yo make easy money from you, with absolutely no commitment to deliver or no guarantee of service despite the vague and evasive statements on their website which are meant to make customers believe that they are trustworthy.
