They shipped the item on the next day, and surprisingly upgraded the shipping to Priority Mail for FREE!! I received the item 2 days later.

One of the jack they sent was accidentally an older jack. Since I only need 3 of them anyway (1 is for spare), so I requested a refund instead. They processed and sent the refund 2 hours later!
