I said I would not especially since they had been giving me the run around. She said they would waive the $10. Then sent me an email saying they would not. I called a week ago no answer. Just called today. No answer. So I'm going to blow their voicemail up until I get my vape or my money."

I had ordered from them on Saturday and even paid for express shipping (1-3 days) which was $20-$30 extra to be delivered by today since they don’t deliver on legal holidays and weekends. It never came.. I called today and their excuse was that they were “sold out” and backed up. They didn’t even set up the tracking, either. Said they’ll put it up in 30mins after getting off the phone and guess what?? Bullshit. Called again and no answer. Since 2015, the reviews have been the same..
