IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM BE CAREFUL

"Good Afternoon Got-Chrome...........

Unfortunately had to return the item, a 15021 Dometic Air Command .

Known is, if the purchaser needs to return the item, purchaser needs to pay the cost of the shipping.

Why did Got-Chrome did not allow me to ship it at my expense, I had to use the Shipping Label Got-Chrome provided.

Got-Chrome charged $41.00 using Pay-Pal for Shipping, this is an item which costs +/- $20.00 to ship.

WOW, THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE IN GOT-CHROME LITERATURE

In Summary, Purchaser does have the ability to return an item.

HOWEVER GOT-CHROME WILL IMPOSE THE SHIPPING CHARGE.

IS THIS CORRECT?????

Bogus shipping info , and disconnected phone for customer service

"I was told my hitch was shipped and was in transit, according to tracking it was 70 miles from my house for 6 days. It never existed. After writing Ebay about my troubles, I had a total refund within an hour and it was removed from my purchasing history so I could not write a review on Ebay about the lying and misrepresentation of Got-Chrome"
