"Sellers are not protected when sending games out to buyers. Goozex administrators do not respond to complaints. I sent a game out to a buyer, and the buyer reported the game was damaged in the mail, so negative feedback was left. I disputed this, as I just used the shipping materials provided to me. Goozex staff has yet to respond to a dispute that is nearing a month old, and I still do not have any credits, and my game was effectively stolen. Beware of this trading forum, as there are no protections for the sellers, as there are on eBay."
