There is one lady that was working in the make up department that was unhelpful and unfriendly.. i refuse to purchase any make up when she's working because she won't even greet or speak..she just looks at u...i will just wait till another time and give that business to someone else. But the other ladies were and are always nice."

"The shopping itself was good. I found an Easter dress but when I got up to the register the cashier wasn’t very friendly. She had her back to me almost the entire purchase talking to another employee. When asked if I could use a discount code she gave me a very short irritated response and continued talking to the other associate. The dress itself was in a section that stated I could use the discount. I was ok with not being able to use it due to it being a decently priced dress. None of the associates made themselves known until I walked to the register not knowing which one was open. It just wasn’t the kind of experience you would hope for in a store."
"When looking for an eye brow pencil for grey hair, the girls in the make up area were very helpful and friendly, all though I settled for an eye liner pencil, because eye brow pencils are not to be found in a lighter grey. Perhaps some of the make up reps. should be aware of the demand from some of the less young customers."
