"Your associate Shannon was texting on her cellphone as I approached the register. She did NOT greet me while scanning my items, was very aggressive when removing security tags from items, was very rude and unfriendly. Threw my receipt in the bag and shoved bag my way once transaction was completed. She only spoke to tell me to enter my phone number before starting transaction, I told her I didn’t have an account and she rudely responds by saying it doesn’t matter I can’t ring you out with out it. She has a very nasty attitude!"
