"Purchased tickets to the Eagles and after two postponed dates due to COVID, I finally got to go to the concert. I printed out the tickets and when I tried to enter the venue I was told the tickets were invalid. I went to the box office and was told there was nothing they could do. I even purchased the insurance and that company turned me down as well. The only tickets left at the box office were $350. each. With a disappointed fiancé at my side, I put those tickets on my card. So, I ended up losing $375. for the original pair, plus $700. for the replacement pair. I will NEVER have anything to do with this company."

"They will screw you over! Purchase tickets in 2019 I never got a refund. Concert kept on getting rescheduled and finally canceled. Got email saying that I would receive a refund within 90 days. Upon looking closer at the email they had used a third-party company to purchase tickets and toon no responsibility in the refund process. That third party company turned out to be scam and will not refund almost $500! This company does not use credible companies to purchase tickets and you will get screwed out of money"

"My even was cancelled so I had questions and tried calling you. 30 minutes on hold. Tried a different phone number, another 30 minutes on hold. Ended up figuring it out myself. Terrible customer service. I do not think I will be ordering from you again in the future. Also when I rebooked it was a $25 fee per ticket, and $9.95 to deliver them. Really? $35. That is robbery and you know it."

"Not a very hard site to use, love seeing the view from the selected seats. But service charges are expensive for a resale ticket @$37.22 each ticket plus a $10 delivery fee for an E ticket. "
