"I ordered a pair of shoes from goodgirldress for my grandsons baptism. When I received the white shoes they were defective. I emailed the company immediately and they told me to return the defective dress?? I didn't order a dress. Then after emailing them 4 times it was only 3 days before grandsons baptism and I needed shoes. Someone from company stated they would ship another pair overnite but they couldn't cause wife was in emergency room so told me to just use them and then return. Once they received the return they won't refund cause they say they were worn. Then at this point they offered a partial refund for a good rating. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY CAUSE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THAY WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT."
