"I'm in Michigan and the shipment was in Washington State. I needed this shipment scooped up off the floor of a problematic shipper at an auction. The shipper wouldn't assist in loading, packaging or provide a reasonable amount of time for the driver to show up and load.

This shipment needed to be done correctly the first time and it had to happen via remote control. I won't bore people with the details. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. Flawless execution as we all would like to have happen with each shipment. Upon receiving the shipment, the packaging job that Navis did was what I had hoped for. They used the appropriate amount of packaging and dunnage as well as protecting the item inside. (Yes, I'm in the business and I understand what's DESIRED and what's REASONABLE......These folks did a fine job.)
