Amicable and professional

"Their staffs are amicable and professional. I just love their selections and items. Not many golf shop carries Gfore and J Lindeberg. And I just love their demo try-out area where you can see the ball trajectory, speed, swing path, distance, and so on. "

"Ordered a set of Taylormade TP MC irons from Golfio on 2 Nov 2015. Received shipping notice and tracking number that day. Clubs arrived on the 5th in perfect condition. Set was still in the packing box and wrappers and was about $60 cheaper than anything on ebay or Amazon and included free shipping."

"I ordered an item that was showing a status of "ship in 2-4 days". Over 3 weeks later, I was still getting the run around on when the item would ship, and by then the price had dropped significantly. While they were nice about offering me an in-store credit for the difference, I still did not get my item shipped. They got my money and never produced a shipment - now I'm fighting with them to get a refund. Poor customer service and awful product status and customer service - they promise something in stock but don't deliver."
