"I ordered multiple items including: a supernal bed, a mattress, a mattress topper, a comforter, pillows, bed linens, and rails for the bed, on 12/6/15 for my mother in law who is very sick and dying. Her current bed is a disaster and I just wanted her to be comfortable. She has been waiting patiently. The only thing that ever arrived was the mattress topper. I have called multiple times. I spoke with Rick Coleman at least 3 times, Chris Johnson at least twice, and "Sean" a so called manager who didn't even give his last name or include any contact information in his email to me. I have now filed a dispute claim with Paypal. I have been patient and understanding up to now. Now I am beyond angry. Sick of promises of "I will call you back with the information" or "it will come soon." Blah Blah Blah. Useless Company. Don't order anything from them. You won't get it."
