I could not complete the purchase that day and called back the next day to the number and extension she gave me and in fact reached Asha. She completed the transaction. I received the pens and I'm happy. "

"I have placed two orders - the first order had a small Rhodia notepad as a freebie ( I believe there was a coupon code), a sample ink and a Jinhao pen! From this order I had to return two pens (not used and un-inked) ... they accepted the return .. no question asked. Next order was also smooth some different freebies again. 2-day priority shipping free on $50+ orders.

"I just had my first and only purchase from goldspot pens. Their website does not allow easy selection for different fonts, it keeps defaulting to 'ENG-STD.' I wanted something a little fancier so I emailed and asked if I could get another font, their website says there are four main options. I received a response from Sal Mehra who told me that there would be no problem getting the pen engraved with the different font. I was to add a note to the order and then to email Sal with my order number. I did both. I still received the incorrect font. Now four days after receiving and contacting customer service I have hear no response. I have emailed multiple times. I am very disappointed with their service and will never do business with them again. "
