"I wanted to buy a shirt and a patch from that site like about 2.5 months ago.
As I knew how things go on at Far East sites, I asked them if the items I want to buy are in stock BEFORE proceeding the payment.
They responded me very quickly, saying they are in stock. After finishing the payment, they told me both items are out of stock, saying the stocks are changing too quickly. (which I'm sure is a lie, I'm pretty sure they never checked the stocks when I asked them to)
They said I need to replace them with something else. No refund, no other options, just select replace your order with other stuff. So I had to select other shirt and patch that in fact I didn't like to buy.
After selecting other items, they prepared my order and sent me the package (which is a loong process too, but that's not today's case).
The shipment arrived about 45 days, and bingo, in the package there just were the shirt (which was OK), the second replaced patch item wasn't sent!
When I asked them for it, they told me they'll send it to me immediately. No refund again. They never accept refund. You should accept they rules, play as they wish, and wait until they feel comfortable to respond to you.
From the beginning of this month (about 3 weeks), the shipment of the second item seems in progress. When I started again to ask them by mail last week, they finally told me the shipping company forgot to send me the item and they'll send me tracking number in 24 hours.
But no, passed a week, no tracking number, no response to my mails. I lost my hope and won't expect the item to be sent. They are thieves.
So, simply, STAY AWAY from that site. They're a total fraud. No customer satisfaction, no protection. They don't care about you.
If you like adventure, and still want to buy from them;
-just pay for one shirt, your money will be in a real risk so don't pay too much for several items,
-try to avoid older season shirts, which are 99% out of stock but they still list them (they still list the items that they told me to replace as they are out of stock!),
-control your nerves, you'll probably have the worst online shopping experience."
