"I paid for two day delivery on 24 Mar and thought that my glasses would be delivered quickly. On 27 Mar I got an email from Googles4U saying "your order has been sent to our Drop Shipment facility. It may take another 10-12 days for your order to arrive. Orders with rush order service will arrive in 2-5 days." The drop ship facility consolidated my glasses in a big box for shipment to the US. They must have put the box on a slow boat because the glasses were not delivered to me until 23 Apr!
Goggles4U, you need to do a better job setting clear delivery expectations.
I like the glasses and still love the price.

"I ordered a pair of glasses that were 2 day rush and I did 2 day delivery. Apparently there was an issue at the factory and my glasses were delayed. That’s fine, they refunded me the two day shipping. But what should have been a few days delay turned into two weeks with me just ending up canceling my order. I understand they can’t control machines breaking down in the factory but the lack of communication and the blatant lying of the people we spoke with on the phone is what I have a problem with. I was given false information over and over again and told so many different stories I got so fed up and just cancelled. I ordered from this company because they said they could get me my glasses fast and it was important for me because glasses at the time were broken. If they would have just told me from the start I wouldn’t have had to suffer without my glasses! "

We have 2 regular shipping methods to choose from:
1 - Standard shipping that takes 14-21 business days.
2 - Priority shipping that takes 10-12 business days.
The first option was selected for your order however, we always try our best to deliver the product as early as possible.
In addition to this, we do offer rush shipping options as well with specific frames and lenses. To proceed with the rush delivery in the future, you can select a frame from the available rush options and process the order.

Skeptical they would match the quality of my $450 glasses purchased at my Doctor's office. AMAZING - they work GREAT. Have recommended to family & friends. Suggest paying to 'quick shipping' as USPS took almost 3 weeks to deliver with standard shipping.
