"The first washer that arrived was dented/buckled. It looked like it had been squished during packing because the shipping carton appeared fine upon delivery. (Note: Be sure to inspect your washer when it arrives, before the delivery people leave, given the metal outside of the washer is thin and easily dent-able.)
We returned that washer and the second one arrived in perfect condition. It fits so nicely in our small kitchen and offers more counter space than when we had a stackable washer-dryer. The insides of the washer looks small but fits more laundry than I expected. So far, so good!"
