"I ordered items from them on sale. Rather than honor the sale price, they cancelled my order after holding onto my money for two weeks. To make it worse, they are pretending that I failed to respond to some email from them that does not exist. (I'm my own email admin, NOTHING gets deleted from the system in less than six weeks) "
