"They sent me someone else's gobo a few days prior to the wedding. I called customer service and no one returns my call until after the event. I had to reimburse the client and take a loss. Not only that, I had to pay to ship back that wrong gobo to get a refund. I asked for some type of credit and they refused. I will never use this company again. Stay away."
