"I ordered white gel pens from this company on the first. It is now the 21st and they still have not arrived. When I contacted them their basic response was that the lead time on the item was 2weeks. Basically saying I should have known it would take forever. A decent company would have offered a full refund and let me keep the item when it arrived. They did not. I should have done research on them before ordering. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online. Never again!"
