"When you place your order and pay for the insurance you should be protected. But instead you need a formal letter from the shipping company saying that they lose your package to collect the insurance but obviously no one will give you this letter. Worst store ever. I'm placing an official complain. "

"I ordered a Tonareli fiberglass viola case from them. They didn't have it in stock, but got it very quickly for me. I had a question after I received my case and they answered it within minutes. I was happy to find a store that got me the merchandise I wanted and got it faster than expected."

"Unfortunately, after few successfully realised orders it seems that we fell for scam, and lost $140.00. Two months ago an order was placed for which we received confirmation, and nothing has happened since.
As we do not live in USA we are not sure what, if anything, can be done in order to retrieve money, apart from warning all of our friends never to do business with this lot.

They've been "looking into" my order all month now with no answer. Their phone system is "out of order" most of the time and their answering system, which is usually inoperative, is all you'll ever communicate with. They are professional thieves & their website is set up for stealing from the unsuspecting, such as myself. Don't be suckered in by their low prices because it will cost you dearly. I've contacted my CC company and filed a complaint with the BBB in New York City. I'm presently considering bringing a lawsuit against them because of their apathy, unlawful practices, rudeness, and their skill in dodging the issue.
