"I purchased a faucet for $160 from Go Get Found. The site looks a bit dated, but the price was good so I took a chance. I received an email saying my card would be charged upon shipment of my item (5-10 days shipping). I was billed and still did not receive my item in that time frame. I emailed them several times. NO RESPONSE. I called several times. NO RESPONSE. Just an ANSWERING MACHINE! Worst customer service ever!

After a week of silence, I was about to call my credit card company when magically I had been refunded. NEVER got an email back notifying me they had gotten any message, NO explanations, NOTHING. I'm glad to get my money back, but seriously what a headache it was!
