"I ordered a Galaxy S8 Plus 12.4" tablet. Asked for a return before I received it. 30 day return policy and it must be in original packaging . Took 2 days to get a response. They tell me buyer pays return shipping plus a fee for restocking and what ever else they deem applicable. Go to UPS and they ask the value and I tell them over $700. We can't insure that packed that way , has to be in a box. A box $5 and $32 shipping. The envelope had a tear like something had hit it. better check it. Opened at UPS and resealed it. Seemed.OK. I spent$37 shipping and they charged me Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($136.00)
Order $734.49 refund $598.49.On the website they only mentioned 30 day refund. nothing else."
