They are happy to take your money, but do not expect anything in return.

I placed an order on Aug. 14th. It's 2 weeks later, and I have heard *nothing* from this website regarding the status of my order. All of my e-mails have gone unanswered, and the customer service telephone number goes to a "mailbox full" message.

The ONLY e-mail I received regarding my transaction was from PayPal, informing me that the store had approved & accepted my payment.

SO - Someone is there to click the "accept payment" PayPal button, but that's it.

This company needs to be reported to the authorities for conducting criminal and fraudulent activities.

"Took the money and RAN! Placed an order, paid credit card through PayPal (not my PayPal account). PayPal emailed a receipt, but no further word from GoLinuxShop or PayPal. Considering the owner's page http://planetmajor.com/ he is apparently on extended vacation in exotic locations such as India. As others noted, phone numbers are no longer in service, and emails bounced back. PayPal wanted me to delete my normal account in order to file a dispute, so I just had my credit card rescind the charge :)"

"I agreed with the previous comment on this company and its sister company TrustyElectronics.com, where i purchase my items from (not so trusty!). These guys have phone # that is no longer in service and not even posted on their site. I have email them 3 times and got no reply. My order was placed on 08/06/07, funds are taken from my bank account and the order is still pending after 4 days!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO SHOP ON THESE TWO SITES!"

"GoLinuxShop's prices were competitive with other
online vendors, and their reviews on
resellerratings.com were good, albeit sparse.
In the end, I decided to try them out. I found
their products to be fine, but their level of
customer service to be absolutely abysmal.
Numerous emails, calls, and pages went totally
unanswered over the course of a week. Even
after a paypal inquiry was opened, GoLinuxShop
failed to respond even with a cursory "we're
looking into the problem" message.

Bottom line: I would steer clear of
GoLinuxShop unless one is comfortable with
very uncommunicative sellers."
