I can say that in future shopping for items on my 50' motor yacht I will make every effort to use Go2Marine in appreciation for the speed at which I received my order but also wanting to support business in Washington state.

Lastly, their order communication I have experienced is much better then many other on-line services. Never had an issue in my half-dozen orders and never have had to request a refund."

"This company has awful customer service. I was reviewing the carb kit online and called to ask if it would work with my engine (I need three carb kits for 3 carbs). I called and they said yes to both. I had a 2 month old baby at the time (now 3 month old) thus it took me about 47 days to get to this. I disassembled the first carb last night and realized it was the wrong kit. Now they are refusing to accept a return on the carb kits (even though they are unopened) when all I want is the correct carb kit. They were wrong on the analysis and now they claim that because I relied on their statements that it was correct, that they can keep my about $210. There are far, far better online boat parts companies online I have used. I will never use this one again and I recommend if you read this review that you avoid this company as well. This is completely ridiculous and this company is basically saying too bad we are keeping your money even though we told you that it was correct. Ridiculous.I offered to pay the difference and for the shipping back. This company would clearly rather profit from a $200 one-time sale at the expense of future business and even making more money off of the same sale. I have never dealt with a worse online boat parts company."

"I bought a Endeavour model from Go2marine and am very pleased. It is as it showed on the website. I was attracted to the model given the higher level of detail than others, including spreaders. Once it came there are additional details i didn't realize from the website. Examples are a nice difference in wood color above and below the water line and a clever way of allowing adjustment to the lines that avoids the need for hooks."

"Got my custom made HotShot boat cover sent here to Europe, it took a month but ok. Good fit. However, it is not waterproof. It has got the property of a freshly washed bed-sheet: It sucks water like a sponge. From underneath if you look at the seams every needle-hole shows you the sky! I expected taped seams. After all I payed 500 Dollars including EU-tax because this was supposed to be the winter raincoat of my boat. Instead it is a T-shirt for my boat. "
