"I placed an order for a watch that was advertised as being in stock. 8 weeks later there was still no indication that the item had even been shipped. After sending multiple emails following up on the order, to which I received no response, I cancelled my order. Ironically, they quickly responded confirming the cancellation... There is also no customer service centre so all phone calls go straight to voicemail."

"A friend of mine from outside the US asked me to buy a Tissot watch from this merchant. It costed around $320 (+ $0 shipping and tax) while the same at Amazon was sold for $400. Also I couldn't find much info on this shop so I decided it was pretty suspicious and offered him to use some more trusted reseller. But my friend insisted and claimed that he had used this site before. So I created a ShopSafe account on my credit card and ordered the item on Oct-6. Also I promised myself "If it isn't a scam I will write a review". As promised by other reviewers, they replied that the item was out of stock and I would have to wait 1 or 2 weeks. I exchanged a few messages with them and we agreed that they deliver the watch by Oct-23. Finally I got the watch on the exact date. And here is the review. They take long to deliver but if you are not in a hurry and want to save a couple of bucks you can still use it."
