"This is the absolute worst company you can book a flight through. The customer service is horrendous. Everyone is terrible. Selwyn, Frank (1128) and Miles. Also the Manager Kelly Johnson who claims that she reports to no one. While also mentioning she is not the owner of the company. Also mentioned that there isn't any HR department. So I asked her... "Who hired you?" She was dumbfounded to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go directly with the airlines. How about this... call 1-***-***-**** and ask to speak with a manager. See what happens. I bet Frank tells you there is no manager. "
