"Ordered a DMD chip from them for a Dell 1510X projector and they sent me the wrong one. However, I got in contact with them via email and they were able to quick fix the order and send the correct part. Shipping was rather quick (6 days) knowing that it was sent from China, which is the only place I could find the part."
