I was looking to shop for a nice jewelry item for my girlfriend, but was completely clueless and not looking forward to my visit. From the moment I walked in to their 45th Street location, the staff at Global Gold and Silver quickly made me feel comfortable. They first offered me an amazing cup of cappuccino and eased me into things. I was impressed that they took the time to get to know me and ask me relevant questions about my GFs style. I never felt rushed, pushed, or like they were being too salesy. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised to spend much less than I anticipated, and in addition I left with an amazing item that blew my girlfriend away.
