"I ordered a set of 4 color laser toner cartridges from Global Imaging Supply for my home business office. 3 of 4 had problems. 1 did not work and 2 had leaked all over their own packaging so I did not want to install them. I obtained RMA, filled out, attached photos as requested and returned the product. No money back and no response to phone or mail messages. Sorry to say it was my worst online experience."

No one ever answers the phone, and no one has returned my calls and emails about the item I ordered from them back in October 2008. I am beginning to think this "business" is a scam. "Their "Xerox Recyling Program" is a total scam! They offer to send you a check for $25+ for sending in your used Xerox toner cartridges. THEY DO NOT PAY!!! Customer service was an absolute joke! After several polite emails asking why I hadn't been paid were ignored, I sent an angry email. They responded by saying they were insulted that I called the program a scam, and that instead of paying me they would just send the used cartridges back to me. That's a ridiculous solution, but I agreed to it...only problem is they never did send them back to me. Stay away from this company!"
"This Company is some kind of scam. Tell you they will buy back used cartridges so they can fill them and make money on them but they dont pay you, or worse yet will send you a bogus check that bounces as mine did. Then excuses abound. #1 in customer service..hate to see who is #2."
"Great prices, very smooth transaction, I'm very satisfied! My order shipped the same day I placed it via the Internet and my order arrived quickly via FedEx express saver with exactly what I ordered in the box. They even included a nifty free ballpoint pen with a nice soft grip. The OEM HP cartridges are the same as what you'd find in the retail packaging, but without all the extra fancy packaging. Who needs the retail packaging anyways, it just goes into the landfill which is a waste of resources and a waste of my money. I can't wait to see how long the remanufactured/compatible laser cartridges will last. I ordered the Canon FX3 and they were only $17 each, what a deal!"
"Don't buy the bulk OEM HP inkjet cartridges from this place! They look to be ones taken out of printer retail boxes and they act like they have no warranty. 2 of the 8 I bought didn't work and Global Imaging will not issue me an RMA to return them. Nothing quite like paying $75 for junk! I won't buy from them again."
