They will not pick up the phone or respond timely to the online service requests. I sent my phone away for repairs in October of 2009 and have not received it back yet. After requesting a status update for months, I finally got one saying that they just received the phone back and needed my address to send it to me. I provided that info to them on Janyary 23, 2010 and have not received my phone back still. They refuse to respond to online or by phone.
Next step for me is to get the local authorities involved. These phones aren't cheap, and to just ignore me is criminal. At this point, I feel that they stole my $600+ phone.

I'm from the middle east *Dubai, while importGSM in US.. somehow I was looking to buy the HTC Touch Diamond, I been rotating around the whole internet for past 1 month, some sites doesn't ship international, some do but no manufacturer warranty, some can ship with warranty but must PayPal or western union.. so by chance after my mind got dizzy I have found importGSM.. I placed the order.. I waited 3 days *was weekend in US, I came across positive reviews, I got scared!! Then i called importGSM and no one answer, I kept calling, No one answer!!! and that was after they took the payment of $1800 for 2 phones.. I said to my self I lost, I'm idiot!! but next day I found email with tracking number through FedEX express.. I received the goods in couple of days, EXCELLENT PACKING, NEW PRODUCT, NEVER OPENED. NOT A REFURBISHED OR FAKE PHONES, So.. To anyone who want to buy a good phone from a perfect seller, and most important an HONEST seller.. "Bought phone a year and a half ago, and shipping was quick, as well as a prompt replacement for a DOA. I also purchased lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, in August my screen died, so I contacted ImportGSM to get it repaired/replaced. They immediately e-mailed me a shipping label, and I sent it in, and have not heard from them in over three months. I've e-mailed them multiple times, and tried calling them a few times, being left on hold for as long as an hour, even trying the sales line. I have had no response from them. "I am from Turkey and due to here's custom taxes,
i asked 3 times to send the phone by Fedex!
After wire my transfer , i reminded them twice that they must ship only Fedex to me.
Asking several emails for tracking number, they just sent an email 3 days later that contains "DHL tracking number is .... " !!!!!
Reaching them very hard and getting response by email is nearly impossible.
They sent last email 1 week ago that inform me DHL tracking number and i sent maybe more than 10 emails to ask "why they sent by DHL" , but nobody turned back yet !!!!
Called 20 times their tel. number that written their web site but i could not reached them.
I wanted them to send phone in a gift wrap but they did not either !!!
Now today i paid 410 dolars for custom taxes just becasue of they sent by dhl and without gift wrap.
anybody who is able to read and note what costumer wants , could handle this easy shipment.

When I sent them for repair they told me after 2 months they will charge me 275 dollars.
