"Ordered and received eyeglass frames with clip-on sunglasses. Took the eyeglasses to optician for prescription lens insertion. When I got them back, took out the clip-on sunglasses and discovered a pattern of scratches in the lenses. Contacted glassespros.com by email and was asked to upload images of the scratched lenses. Did so. Three weeks after numerous attempts to follow up for resolution, I was told that they would not cover the issue because they were informed of it outside of their 5 day return window. They would not send a replacement clip-on. They would not honor their stated 365 day manufacturer warranty claiming it doesn't apply to scratched lenses. Scammers. Stay away!"
