"Customer service rep is rude and does not listen. Furthermore, it is not stated that the tile comes from different warehouses, and if you want to return more than one order you have fill out multiple forms. I returned two purchases, and I was told that the return was for only one of the orders because the second order came from another warehouse. I ordered from Oasis Tile. Period. If it orders come from multiple warehouse that is not my concern. To date, I have not received a reimbursement for the tiles because the rude customer rep had to "talk to her supervisor." It's been a week now, and still no reply."
" this company sold me the exact same tile under two different names cherry red and ruby red. I originally ordered ruby red but it did not match the previous tile was trying to match it with. I then ordered their ruby red tile and upon arrival I realized it was the exact same tile but this time they charged me more for the ruby red. I sent pictures and brought this to their attention. they then claimed that the tiles were not the same color. I took both tiles to a local tile store and the owner who is unbiased and did not know the situation said they were the exact same tile. To add insult to injury I had to pay to ship back thecherry red tile back to them because they refused to cover the shipping even though they lied and sold me the exact same tile for a different price. I have warned all of my family and friends not do business with these thieves. They are liars and have no character or morals.."
"The website states that samples will be sent in 2-3 business days. Try 2-3 weeks. I called 3 times to find out about my order. They promised to investigate the delay and to contact me immediately and make sure the order shipped. That never happened. If you are on a tight schedule I would not count on this company.
