"The dress I ordered from glamchase was pictured and described by the glamchase web site as EMROIDERED. I received a dress covered in silver sequins. My wedding is ivory and gold not silver! I did not feel comfortable giving them any more money to remake the dress. They offered 8.00 if I return the dress. It was a big mistake to order from glam chase. Also don't be fooled by rave reviews that use incorrect English or show poor language skills. They are written by glam chase aka SCAM CHASE"
"I custom ordered a dress from this store and it did not fit me at all. It was way too big in the middle and the sleeves were so tight they left red rings around my arms after wearing it for 5 minutes. The back was also different than what was pictured; the dress online had a low back, but mine was not low at all. They are very stubborn about letting you return items so be warned. They said the disparities were a result of the dress being hand sewn. Personally, I'll never order anything from them ever again."
"I ordered my bridesmaids dress from them and they sent my a completely different dress, the color was off, they added horrible plastic bejeweling that made the dress look super cheap and there wasnt any bling on the orginal dress. And the silhouette for the dress was supposed to be a mermaid shape and instead was a fit to flare. I can go on about what was wrong with the dress, but the worst part is that they told me to pay for another dress if I didnt like what they sent. I have sense been trying to get somone to help me resolve my issue and I have yet to get a response. Do not order from this company. I am now out $178.00 and stuck with a dress that I never ordered in the first place.
