"I purchased some paper stock certificate from this company over two months ago, they had called me, approximately four weeks after my original order date, stating that it'll be an extra three week until they could send me my paper stock certificate. I requested a full refund of my money. They stated that I would have to pay a service charge of $16 dollars if they did that. I agreed and requested the refund then. They changed their minds and said no. That I would have to take the stock certificate now or lose my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Soon after the owner 'Rick' contacted me, stating that I had no choice but to take the stock. Currently I'm fighting this and seeking legal action.
I'm currently out $160 dollars that they are refusing to refund me. Talk about great customer relations and service here....!?! "
